Everything you look for in a restaurant is here. Exceptional french cooking...... (A chef with beret and mustache in open kitchen, who prepares beautiful plates) best onion soup, duck and chicken livers, outside of PARIS. This has been my favorite restaurant for 20 years, I got engaged there, and my most recent visit was the best yet. The owner, Bob, is the most incredible host, and the food is always wonderful. I live in Chicago, and every trip I make east has to be via PVD so I can eat here. Pot au Feu is a gem that’s not to be missed.
