Don’t believe anything but the 1 star reviews this place is a joke, everyone saying they just put you on hold till you hang up is absolutely right. I called at 9 went thru menus to speak to someone about dental. 30 minutes later someone picks up asking me what I need I explain I’m in a lot of pain and need to know about wisdom teeth extractions and if anyone on Neighborhood does that. They say lemme get a list of providers and get right back to you…. An hour of waiting later I hang up. Call back and go thru it again, finally got another person to talk and explain listen I need help I’m gonna end up at the emergency room I need help with my teeth. She says oh please hold lemme find someone in medical. I’m now I’m hold for another 45 min. I’m just gonna drive down there at this point this is ridiculous. RI OFFICALS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

I was the third caller in line. The woman picked up and told me she was going to look up my case information and I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half now. They put you on hold for hours in hopes that you’ll just hang up out of frustration because they don’t want to do their job. This is ridiculous.

I get a check on the 1st for $783 and a $39.92 from DHS I did not get it this month and I cant seem to talk to a human!!! what can I do?

You may have received recertification notice. As a first step, fill in all the details and revert the notice. If needed, case officers will touch base with you or schedule a call. If you already reverted and nothing else Is needed from you, you will get a benefit decision notice regarding your updated food stamps status.
