The cashier is typically a nice guy. But there was a guy I'm not used to seeing that authorized my card TWICE and refused to give me the items. It said approved on the keypad, but he said they were declined. The money was in fact taken off my card both times. He told me to get mad at the bank, not him. Even when I showed him the authorizations he wouldn't give me my stuff. He also refused to show me the receipts showing that the transaction was declined. DO NOT use your card at this location. They will take your money and be condescending while doing it.

Despite the delicious slushees, I will never come to this 7-11 again. The gas pump could not read my card and the cashier could not speak my language. I’m pretty sure I peed in an out of order bathroom, but the person pushed the key into my hand and waved me on. Why can’t this area go back to good gasoline values of having pumps that work and cashiers that communicate. I think I will never buy gasoline in California again. I’d rather walk than have to be a patron of such a business.
