I was surprised the service was slow, the restaurant was almost empty, but getting past that everything was great. I come for cheddar Bay biscuits, if they have other food too that is fine, but for me the biscuits are primary. I usually get the Admirals Feast and they usually fit it all on one plate. This time they loaded up the plate and put the sides off the main plate. The side Ceasars salad was excellent, the fish was super soft and flaky. Walts favorite shrimp always satisfies. Immaculate everything. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Red Lobster, and my experience was amazing. My friend and I the Seafarer’s feast, and everything was delicious. Lobster tail was perfectly cooked. There was so much butter (on the side & with the garlic shrimp), which paired well with everything. And of course, the cheddar bay biscuits are everything you’ve imagined it to be. Buttery, savory, and flaky. Atmosphere of the restaurant feels more like fine dining with dimmed lights, which was nice. Our server, Jojo, was fantastic as well. Very attentive and very nice. She made the dining experience great! Highly recommend this location of Red Lobster.

We had an awesome experience at Lakewood Red Lobster. Roger was such a terrific waiter he was very friendly, attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortably enjoying our meal!! This Great customer service and fresh quality food was plus because my daughter and i have experienced so many restaurant nightmares. So this experience was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Roger for making our day great!

Because it's corporate run and it's obvious the staff doesn't care. Nor does management otherwise they would demand better service from their staff or increase staff levels.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
