I recently had Robies install several Mitsubishi Hyperheat pumps. I couldn't be happier with the entire project or products. Cameron spec'ed the project & gave us options. He was responsive & honest about timelines. Dave, who installed the system, was literally one of the best service people I've encountered: Knowledgeable, personable, professional, & incredibly hardworking. I'm planning to add a 2nd floor addition, & the system they installed is set up to accommodate it. Highly recommend!

Steve and his team are professionals. They installed a combined system of ducted and ductless heat pump units in my house, made great suggestions for location, efficiency and use and did a really good job with the install. They also spotted an unrelated leak in my hot water tank, allowing me to make a timely repair that saved me a lot of money. After a slight initial miscommunication, they worked closely with me to ensure that I was able to claim all appropriate and available rebates. I appreciated the fact that Steve took a personal interest in the job, his install team was on-time and did great work, and the service team (especially Veronica) were proactive and communicative. Really refreshing to do business with a quality shop.
