This is my 3rd year living at The Ray and I still love it. Great for a young professional. The location is great, right on the light rail and the highway is easily accessible. We are walking distance from several great coffee shops, restaurants, and even a brewery. The management is responsive and helpful with any requests. Highly recommend.

This apartment is the best! Unfortunately I didn’t really realize it when I lived here, and now it’s hard to find another apartment because the bar has been set too high. I am now staying in an apartment with five star google reviews as well, but it is NOTHING compared to Ray. I never ever had a problem when living here - no maintenance needed, no leaking garage ceiling, no noisy fridge. I would give Ray 100 stars if I could!

Just moved in for 2 weeks and already love the place. Had a great experience dealing with the management. Don, helped me work through the lease paperwork quickly and easily even though I wasn't in state at that time. The apartment area is not noisy and has easy access to light rail. I must mention the security level here, so good. Overall happy to stay here. Thanks---Thamina

RAY features a modern and compact yet comfortable living space. Amenities are great, but what's even greater are how friendly and prompt management treats you. Both Brita and Britney have been extremely helpful and shown me with nothing but kindness. The apartments are also near the light-rail, which is cool.Hi Brandon! Thank you so much for the kind review!
