If I could give this place no stars I would, let me start with, I HAVE BEEN HERE LESS THEN 30day so far. I signed my lease in February I didn’t move in until May and in April they didn’t even know I was moving in, the initial apartment that I signed my lease with they weren’t sure was going to be available for me to move in knowing months in advance that I was moving into this unit. That’s the first thing. Then, they don’t mention that they have pets ( roaches, mice, etc). I asked Specifically about that before I moved in, and got lied too about it. I move in and the unit was not cleaned, the roaches are coming from the wall in the bathroom. I’ve had 3 ppl inspect my apartment in less then 30days. This last time a pest control comes into my unit yesterday and some how I got a lease violation saying my unit is not clean and I JUST MOVED IN. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING EVEN IN MY UNIT. I am fair WARNING TO YOU DONT MOVE HERE. I AM TIRED OF HOW THIS PLACE OPERATES. Freedom of speech, and I’m definitely utilizing my first amendment. I repeat DONT MOVE HERE, it so unorganized.

This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT be deceived by the pictures! Would NEVER rent here ever again... if I could give it zero stars I would. The apartment was always dirty and smelled like pee and smoke. When we moved out the charges were very upsettingly ridiculous and high! We didn't even get the deposit back even though we had cleaned the apartment WAY cleaner than when we had moved in. The carpet was disgusting even though they claimed that they had "deep cleaned" it. There were also a lot of broken things when we had moved in and they only made it look presentable only for us to find out that it was broken. We have finally moved out and each time we try to contact the leasing office for personal reasons they NEVER answer, whether it be via phone, e-mail, or in person. Avoid this place at all cost!

This building is HUGE which isn’t a good thing in this case. The neighbors are messy. Apartments have roaches & mice, you hear the mice running all night long in the walls, vents, ceiling. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I wish i could attach the video of what i heard last night.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Property is poorly maintained, you will be Nickel and dimed for gas, water and trash that is billed by a company in Illinois. Not to mention half of the hood from Chicago lives there. The washers are old, trash covers the front lawns. Cars are constantly broken into. The front office people are ghetto with maybe 1 exception. The management company has some other beautiful properties, but don’t care about this one at all.
