Quiet, clean and cat friendly. Fellow tenants are friendly and will lend a hand if you need help. The apartments have a lot of storage, kitchen cupboards and we like the breakfast bar. You'll find shopping, churches, restaurants, parks and a library close by. Parks and recreational areas, too. Convenient to I-94 and we're on a bus route. Off street parking, some garages. Nice place to live.

Only reason why I'm giving them one star is because the rent price for the square feet was reasonable and the apartment itself looked decent, with the exception of the small bathroom. Otherwise, they would get ZERO stars. I lived here for 1 year and 10 months. When I first moved here, I was told that I would get a free storage with my apartment. For the next 2 months, I kept calling about my storage but nothing was being done. So I had to take matters in my own hands and use the storage key in multiple storages to find out which one was mines. Next was the AC. The AC didn't cool the whole apartment, so it was pretty hot and humid in my apartment during the summer, which isn't good for me due to Asthma. I asked for that to be fixed, never happened. Next was the marijuana smell that came from my bathroom almost everyday. Now, I'm not a drug user so there's no way that my apartment should smell like that. But of course it was coming from another apartment. Not to mention that it was supposed to be a drug free building. I reported that twice. The first time, I was told that I had to find out which apartment it was coming from... Which isn't my job to do, by the way. A few months later, it was reported a second time and I was told that they would have law enforcement come to check it out. That never happened. Next was the tub drain. I sent in a maintenance request online in January or February to get the drain unclogged. Months passed by and .... Nothing. June came and I was about to send in another request when I seen that they made a note in the old request stating that the request was completed, which is funny because the drain was still very clogged. I put in another request and finally a month later, they did their job. Let's not forget how much money I've wasted in the washer and dryer because they weren't working. They didn't even have enough consideration to put a sign up. So for most of the time that I've lived here, I've had to load my laundry in my car and drive a few miles to a laundry center... VERY INCONVENIENT! I had thought about moving to one of their other properties, but after dealing with all of this, I decided not to. New management and new maintenance team is very well needed! Also, they advertise that they have a fitness room. I've never seen one there. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
