Capital City sent technician to repair Whirlpool less than 1 year old also covered by Lowes warranty. Technician was insulting and incompetent. Jacked up left leveling foot to extreme to correct doors not closing. I sent documentation to Capital City manager who returned an insulting and dismissive phone conversation. I have extensive documentation I can provide to anyone interested. The documentation has clear photos. I am spending the day contacting Lowes, Better Business Bureau and Whirlpool Corporation. Fridge also now has extensive ice damming behind lower drawer.

Our icemaker for our KitchenAid freezer quit working. We paid Capital City Appliance for a replacement icemaker, plus labor and installation, and in less than a year it is not working again. We just called Capital City and the part replacement will be free, but we again have to pay for their labor and installation. Ridiculous that they do not stand behind their work. Buyer beware.

Couldn't even install the water filter and the original problem of low water pressure couldn't even take a look. Very unprofessional
