Are you rental or possible selling any Mobile homes

The homes here are all manufactured homes that are moved on site by trucks. They are not mobile homes. I don't know if there are any for sale. I don't believe the homesite agreement allows for subletting.

Can 36 year old live there with two seniors ? Also is this pet friendly ?

Hi. My parents bought here last summer. No 36 year old can not live here unless it is a spouse from my understanding. It is pet friendly.
