Wow this location is the worst, do they hand out edibles to the employees? One person looked and acted somewhat normal everyone else looked and acted like they were flying high!!! Of course my order was wrong called back when I got home and figured maybe they could start making the correct wings and i could pick up in 90 minutes since they are incredibly slow, instead the person was even more confused on the phone I said never mind. I will never go back to this location!!! This is the 3rd time in the last month that they totally screwed up my order and why bother giving a pick up time you should plan on doubling or tripling whatever they say. I felt like I was being pranked, please do us a favor and close the place....

Lately, it has been a major disaster at this restaurant. In the past, orders have been incorrect, cold, or poorly prepared. None of those were major issues as the staff had generally been at least somewhat friendly about mistakes, and with that I was willing to deal with small issues. I've spent more money than I care to admit here, I used to be recognized on site. It was a comfort food. Tonight is the end. Called about an incredibly correct order. I just wanted it corrected. An incredibly rude employee answered me, was difficult, then hung up on me. I then spent around 11 minutes trying to call back and get my order fixed. No answer every time. It's a Monday night, a night you folks run a special. Keeping employees is hard, and I understand that in this economy, but I will be disputing my last few incorrect charges on my credit card at this point, and am seriously considering ceasing any ordering I do. Maybe deal with how incompetent and rude some of the employees are?

Our go-to wing joint. They have the option for hard-fried wings and we always get what we all for (I prefer them fried regular but others like them well done). The rings are a lot bigger than other restaurants in Toledo. The only area of improvement I can offer is that because this location is busy, they should try to maintain staff to keep up with the volume.
