We didn't actually stay here. We had reservations but took one look at the property and canceled. We looked at the rooms they had assigned to us, they were both smelly and the beds looked slept in (like my 3 year old grandson made them up). Also, one of the rooms had 3 locks on the door, certainly a red flag for me! So we decided to leave but then the manager offered to show us "better" rooms and discount the stay. We looked at the "better" rooms and well they weren't much better, still smelly but the beds were made properly. We still decided to leave, they just didn't feel clean.

In the hotel now. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room the microwave was disgusting. Switched to another room and the sink in the bathroom clogged. Dirty carpets, old damaged furniture and ice machine broke. This hotel needs to be condemned!!!!!!!!

Room was ok. Did what it needed to. Was staying for a baseball tourney for 3days. Pool was closed and full of boxes...def not opening soon...no ice machine worked on any floor. Elevators were loud clunky and scary. Toliet ran for way to long and always. Fridge in room froze everything w no way to turn it down. Besides the baseball it was a room to just sleep.def should have info,online the pool was closed and ice was at the gas station. Bummer of a stay. They stated they'd pay u back for purchased ice w reciept but disnt2.

I called and reserved two rooms for a birthday party. They told me the reservations were in the computer and that the pool was open. When we arrived they had no clean rooms we had to wait and then when we went to do our reservations they didn't have the joining rooms like we asked for. They didn't even have rooms next to each other.They also didn't have their pool open they had it closed even though I was told that it was open. Why even have reservations available if they do not honor it I will never go back to this hotel and the lady up front that I was dealing with was extremely rude
