Comfortable, clean, better breakfast than most motels we’ve been to. Didn’t have time to check out the pool or laundry. Loved the little coffee table/desk… now I want one! Liked that we had a keurig, I should start bringing pods with me! The dove soap for the shower was better than some stinky little bars of soaps & soaps & lotions that won’t come out of the bottles. Had a double Queen. The temp control for the room is on the wall, so you can see the temp exactly where you want it

This is my favorite hotel to stay in when in Toledo!!! Brian one of the managers ALWAYS goes above and beyond to be sure everything goes smoothly and perfect for my stays. Rooms are always clean and well stocked, if housekeeping missed something the front desk will be sure to have it taken care of

Nice place, a little to busy/loud for my liking. There was a huge family reunion and a kids soccer tournament. Staff looked like they were overwhelmed, one of my key cards never worked and there was always a line at the front desk. I was really disappointed in the breakfast, not edible. Sausage was crunchy, eggs were brown/ over cooked. Staff was friendly, room was clean

Very good stay, just don’t like how I have to go to the front desk to request house keeping or fresh towels. Saw a housekeeper upstairs on my floor who refused to give me towels until I explained my situation…. Just didn’t appreciate that as I’m staying 5 nights. I will return though when I visit Toledo for business again most likely, Lewis was very nice and helpful.
