Usually this location is on top of it and quick to deliver… but today I’m an hour passed order time and when I called to check on it, I was told it could be another 20+ min bc the driver hasn’t left the store yet, i mentioned just to cancel the order since my break was ending, and wasn’t even offered a refund!

It's not sanitary to use the same gloves to make food and work the register🙃 otherwise the service would have been 5 Stars but I couldn't look past that.
