I ordered for pickup a few weeks back. When I arrived at the store, my order was not ready, but the (I assume) manager apologized and stated they were starting it right away and offered me beverage size upgrades for the inconvenience. I ordered several sandwiches and sides and they were done quickly - I waited no more than 5 or 6 minutes. After my order was done, it got boxed up nicely with napkins, and the manager even gave me a few sides of the kickin' ranch to try (which was delicious!). I was very impressed at the customer service, and truly didn't mind waiting at all. I know the world is understaffed right now and they all did a great job. :) Food was great, btw!

I use to come to this location very often. I was a dedicated Jimmy lover of this location for 3years. I loved our delivery driver and the food was amazing but it truly has went down hill. The store is filled with a teenage staff that doesn't care about their job. I ordered in the store and my order was made too quick. I told the cashier I had rewards but was quickly ignored. The staff are belligerent and rude when you ask them to remake your sandwich. I asked for certain things to be taken off my sandwich due to pregnancy and allergies. The sandwich was still made wrong. I get service is freaky fast but if your not going to make it right are you really fast at all? This location is ghetto and I don't recommend anyone coming here. I'm only 21 years old and the adult staff act like children to me. I have walked in and walked immediately out once I saw 4 teenagers hanging over the counter and playing behind it.

This location has poor customer service. Several times we have had orders incorrect. I will not be returning after this last time. We ordered online for pick up. We got our order home to find them incorrectly made. They were drenched in oil and a one had no meat(both beach clubs). We called the store and we're offered a cookie with our next order for the mistake. I requested to have our order remade or refunded since the order was very incorrect. The employee said they would remake them, but thought we grabbed the wrong order. The receipt with the bag was correct. When we went back the manager begrudgingly remade the order, but not before accusing us of trying to get free food and denying the order couldn't possibly be wrong. I made a formal complaint about the customer service, but no one responded.
