I ordered the #10 and I asked if I could swap the American cheese with Provolone and they said I wasn’t able to do that. I pushed it off. I asked for extra mayo and jalapeños and they said they couldn’t do that. I thought you could ask for extra toppings that were not part of the sub already. I get it’s something little, but still, i just didn’t understand why they couldn’t add the jalapeños.

This is the only Subway that I have ever been in that I feel like I'm walking into a " gangsta " hip-hop fast food restaurant. Like so many other of the " I-94 and White Bear Ave. " fast food restaurants. NOT for me!

The crew at this location does a great job....especially given they close later and sometimes have to deal with not the best customers. Only thing I would say to improve is sometimes they scrimp a bit on the fresh toppings. Of course if they do, all you have to do is ask for more & they're happy to oblige.

For starters I just wanna say I tried calling the store back about the issue and I tried reaching out online as well and have not received a response. March 30 around 9:30 PM I went in and ordered two sandwiches the first one was a spicy Italian(no issues) The second one was a tuna sub, I also want to say that the service was great the employees were friendly and able to make everything quickly, however the food was not so good, The sandwich in question was the tuna one I also had guacamole added to the sandwich($2/3 extra for one little scoop) The guacamole had a weird taste it was either expired or had went bad although it did not look brown, I could not finish the sandwich so I decided to rip off the bottom half where the guacamole was and just eat the top part but the tuna was also not that good. I am mediately got a really bad headache and started feeling nauseous although I did not vomit it was to the point where I could have, I tried calling the store there was no answer and I did not feel well enough to drive back there. I’m not the type of person that usually complains or demands a refund but after getting sick I definitely would want my money back! Receipt and picture of sandwich for proof TDLR : don’t order the tuna or the guacamole possibly could make you sick.
