Kevin at the front desk is very kind. No carts in the lobby. Very nice room and service. No hose on the side of the hotel so don’t bring water balloons. Otherwise great. Love it here ❤️

We originally stayed here for a week and then extended for a longer period of time because my husband is working here for a month or so At first the hotel was great except for no breakfast, not restaurant or bar ! Then The hot tub was drained and we were told they were refilling it and putting chemicals back in but a week later nothing was done to it and the pool was cloudy and green too ! Evidentially there was no maintenance done on it and no one seemed worried about getting it done Danielle is great!! ! I can’t say enough about her customer service and her personality! She speaks to everyone in a friendly , respectful manor unlike the manager Amber! Amber is very rude and complained to us about working as many hours as she does which I feel was very unprofessional and no excuse for being so rude ! I’m guessing she treats her employees like she treats hotel guest and that’s probably why the whole housekeeping staff quit on her one day ! Our entire stay we never asked for our room to be cleaned because the housekeeping staff was so overworked so we would ask for sheets and towels and kept our room in order ourselves . Again I can’t say enough about how great Danielle is ! The staff should take lesions from her about customer service !

The staff was great, the room was clean, and it's easy walkable access to a mall and several restaurants. I was promised early check in and then when arrived the next day I was denied, and not even allowed to leave my luggage so I had to schlep it all over town. The hotel also booked in several huge groups who were VERY disruptive, even knocking on my room door in the middle of the night once, and running up and down the halls, hanging out on my balcony leaving trash, etc. Not sure the staff could control them, but nonetheless it made for a very uncomfortable few nights. They also have a cornhole game in the court yard so you get to listen to THUMPTHUMPTHUMP of the beanbags for hours, so I'd suggest a room that doesn't face the courtyard if you want some peace.

The location is really great. I would like to give a big shout out to the friendly staff at reception who were very accommodating. The rooms are clean and neat. The check in and check out process was simple. I checked in super early in the morning and still had no issues. Overall I did like the location and the stay in the hotel.
