Hotel needs updating. Everything is battle tired. That being said, the bed was extremely comfortable! Breakfast was adequate. Room was small with no extra room for an air mattress. Stayed in a 2 queen bed room.

Stayed here twice, both times it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The guy in charge of breakfast was running around keeping everything stocked and making sure everyone was comfortable even though it was packed. Keep in mind that only first floor rooms have wood floors, we were thrown off when our second stay didnt have carpet.

The room was clean, the hotel was well kept, and the free breakfast was good. However, I had an issue during check in that tainted my experience throughout my stay. I had a six-hour flight delay due to a snowstorm, so I ended up arriving at the hotel at about 4:30 AM the following morning. (I had called the hotel before my flight to inform them about my late check-in and my situation.) But when I arrived, I was told that my reservation was cancelled and that I had to make a new one. The employee told me “You said you would arrive at 4 AM, I was waiting for you, and I had to do the audit so I removed the reservation.” The way that was communicated made me feel like I was to blame for a situation that was out of my control. Not only that, but I ended up paying more for a king bed because “all the queens were full”, and I had to pay more than the rate I had when I originally booked on Expedia a month ago. And to top it all off: the duration of my stay was 4 nights, but he mistakenly charged me for 1 night, so I had to return to the front desk the next morning to add the extra nights. Needless to say this was very distressing to deal with after a long night of traveling and lack of sleep. I do want to acknowledge the friendliness of the rest of the staff, however, especially the one girl who worked with management to resolve my issue and honor my original room rate. I had chosen this hotel because it was within my budget, had good reviews, and was conveniently located near my boyfriend’s house. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be staying here again.
