Popeyes got me through pregnancy with their delicious spicy chicken. The past 6 months or so we can't seem to get anything we actually want to eat from this location. The Mac and cheese has been burnt and the biscuits taste like soap, Gone are the days of delicious spicy chicken, everything taste mild. I'll only be getting Popeyes from the north metro from now on.

I ordered 2 mobile orders, one was completely messed up I asked for 2 Cajun rice, 4 strawberry pies and a 5 piece chicken. The other was just chicken which they got correct that’s the only thing they got correct. My order with the rice, chicken, and the pies was all wrong chicken looks like it’s been ate gave me apple pies and than gave me 2 mashed potatoes instead of my rice. I came back and asked for a refund and it to be remade, they said that they couldn’t mind you we came from Shakopee to get food and had to come back and they couldn’t compensate us. And when I first went through I asked if I could get a gravy which isn’t an option in the app and I even offered to pay the lady at the speaker said to come to the window and when we got there proceeded to lie and say they didn’t have any than we asked fir a manager and he came to the window and said they did and so why lie when I was willing to pay? Also I wasn’t driving but I placed the order so I was talking and she cut me off so disrespectfully and said I’m not talking to you I’m talking to her.” I will never come back to their store after this.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. We looked at all the negative reviews and thought we'd still take a chance and it was well worth it. We both got the spicy tender combo and it was very good. The chicken was hot and juicy. The fries were fresh and crispy. The only thing that was lacking was the biscuit. It was dry and not very good. The main course was good. the main side good. If you're looking for a chicken shop try it. We were surprised.

This is the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to. Sadly this experience has been consistent… They let the food sit and get soggy, probably so they can sit on their phones which Ive witnessed through the window. Don’t get the shrimp it will be stanky! This last time we asked for Fanta and they gave us cokes, the woman at the window told us “no you didn’t” with an attitude even tho we spoke with a different person at the menu and SAW Fanta on the screen. She refused to take the cokes back even though we had no room. We checked the bag and there was only two sauces and we ordered 4 at the window which was also ON THE SCREEN. The lady told us that the sandwich’s only get one sauce. And we said “yeah that’s why we ordered extra for the fries, we’ll pay for it if we didn’t already” after that she just slammed the window on us so we just left. The fries were so soggy they were inedible anyways. After about 10 each we felt a bit sick. Their trash can was over flowing so we just threw the cokes we had no room for next to the trash. This place is ran by losers with bad attitudes and needs new management. Typically I enjoy Popeyes, but I will never eat at this location again.

Yes but you need to call ahead
Well being out of BBQ sauce at at place that sells chicken strips is like being out of chicken at a chicken place. Bad business bif the manager can't plan ahead.
