It's more like a pick up/drop off than a bus stop. No where to stand or sit to wait, no shelter to keep you out of the elements.

No but you can buy one on the bus

If I don't have a ID can I get my bus ticket anyways if I have a confirmation number

If you are boarding at Coonpath. Yes most of the time if its on your phone. If early enough you should print the ticket out at the library across the street
