Employee was working by herself and very unfriendly, a vehicle pulled in and she sighed and made a comment under her breath in disgust, it was 7:45p. I order my sub BMT FL and it seemed like I had ordered something extravagant. The kicker was I went to use a valid subway coupon for $5.99 and she wouldn’t take it. I asked for her to contact a manager, she says no manager and she won’t answer. This subway employee chose to throw away my sandwich instead of taking a coupon. No signs up stating no coupons and if they run this store this way I’m really surprised they’re still in business.

There has never been a time that our order has been correct at this location. We expect to ALWAYS be missing something. It doesn't matter if we Doordash or use their drive thru - something is always missing on our subs.

I get that you have to charge more for you subs. At least put something on it I just got a tuna on flat bread and I taste more bread than tuna come on and learn how to make tuna back off the mayo jeez people.
