Firehouse is quickly becoming our regular sandwich shop because our daughter loves them so much. Slightly higher prices than some competitors but the quality is generally spot on and they support the fire department. The staff is what makes this location so great. The kids that they've got employed are legitimately some of the greatest workers that I've experienced at a restaurant. They work so hard and they are really nice. I'm beyond impressed with them. I look forward to the day that covid is behind us and the hot sauces are back on display. Keep being awesome Grafton Firehouse crew. You guys are the best!

They offer a wide array of subs and salads, as well chicken noodle, broccoli cheddar soups, and chili. Other sides are chips brownies cookies and a side salad. Medium 8" subs come with a 1/4 pound of meat on them. You can also make your own sub. They steam the meat and cheese to help bring out the flavor of the meat and toast all the bread. They will make it cold if you ask. Only thing they don't have that I would like is spinach. My favorite sub is the Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket, it's the only one I can eat a large because it's so yummy!
