Good food but one of the slowest culver's I've been to. Seems like employees don't have any sense of urgency even when it's busiest.

Walked out. Came inside around 12:45 today. A elderly man was at the counter trying to get help. 4 Culver’s employees and 1 manager were assisting him. Seems they gave him baskets for his food. He needed some paper of sorts to make his meal less messy. The manager said to give him a tray paper. He asked for a what they wrap stuff in. The manger says they don’t have that in the baskets. You have to ask for that. The older man said that he wanted it for keeping the sandwich from staining his clothes. He said Culver’s should provide them and walked away. I started to place my order. I soon heard the manager say that the man can complain to Culver’s. He was talking to other employees and mocking the older man. Never heard him apologize to the man or tell him he would forward his request. Just couldn’t understand his treatment of a reasonable request. Went out the door and saw the Culver’s is just a stones throw from Village Point senior center. I will pass on the place as they are lacking the good customer service that Culver’s is famous for.

Had to ask for napkins in the drive thru, not in the bag. My order wasn't right had to go back. Ridiculous that asking for something on a sandwich can't be accomplished. Just poor service, kids looking at their phone instead of listening to what a customer wants.
