There is a lot of stuff here to get the workout you want/need. A few rooms for group activities and wrestling/grappling/etc.

Great gym if you have base access especially since it's 24 hers unless something's goingin that shuts it down. Like the new equipment

How late is the out door running track open? Is it 24 hour?

The outdoor running track is always available for use. As for the facility it self is a 24hr facility once you have registered for after-hour access.

There used to be fitness classes every evening. Stepping, spinning, palates, aerobics, cardio classes, ect.,...are these not available anymore?? If so, where can I find a schedule?
