To add to my previous review… We were charged $100 at check-in for a “deposit” … We were never refunded the $100… While the maids were fixing the beds that were messed when we got there I was standing in the hallway listening and they didn’t know it. One of the girls said “this is fuxxing Alicia’s fault she never cleans the rooms” we should have left then and there!

Most definitely cat approved (rm 226). Cat was comfortable by dark (arrived: 630p, dark: 830p). Motel busy revamping, has understanding of issues and promise shower curtain replacements. Yes, bathrooms are somewhat outdated but plumbing is great, yet special attention to all rooms (bath) is the ticket to success. Good luck, great visit, see you in a year.

We were passing through on the way to a race and they even accommodated our last min booking. The staff was super friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and the price was great! Would definitely stay here again 😀

Room is spotless! Manager is very responsive, engaging, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his guest's safety and comfort. TBH, I swore to never stop at Great Falls MT ever again, due to bad experiences with local hotels. BUT, this hotel and manager has completely changed my mind! This is going to be my weekly stop every week now, coming through Montana.
