We had a great experience here! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!! We went down for breakfast and the pancake machine wasn't working. So I told the front desk person, and they fixed it right away and had it operable in less than 5 minutes!😊 The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, and we couldn't hear any other guests through the walls. Overall a great stay! We will be back!😊

What a fantastic hotel! So clean and lovely. The staff were very nice. The rooms were a little small, but the hit breakfast was wonderful! The indoor saltwater pool was so great. Mere feet from a brand new golden corral. Right off the highway. In the center of a ton of restaurants and stores. Half a mile from Meijer. 10/10. Would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

Rooms were clean and modern. Bed was comfortable but pillows were pancakes and the king only came with 3 pillows. The rooms can be a bit loud (other rooms and hallway echos) since it's not carpeted and there's nothing to absorb sound. Also, even with the thermostat at 66 overnight the room would get quite warm in-between cycles of the unit. Other than that, everything was nice. The gym was adequate for a quick run, breakfast was decent, and all of the staff were extremely friendly. I appreciate some of their modern amenities like a place to refill large waterbottles and freshly brewed coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. I would return despite some minor concerns noted with the room above.

Very clean, friendly staff & decent breakfast! We would definitely stay again.rooms are a little on the small side but they’ve used the space well so it didn’t feel too cramped. 2 things I’d like to include just for a heads up there is no hot tub and the pool isn’t very heated, kids still enjoyed it just a little cooler than your typical indoor heated pool. But we loved that you’re encouraged to hang out in the lobby, the kids had a blast playing pool and board games vs being cooped up in the room. Very easy to access off of the interstate and well populated exit! Felt safe for a family!
