Room was clean. Check-in/check-out was fast and easy. Wish there were more amenities... like a small convenience market at this hotel. Rooms were nice enough. Apparently there are no luxury hotels in Fort Wayne. In town for 3 days and this was the best hotel I could find.

Positive: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice pool area. Negative: TV wouldn't connect to internet so couldn't use Netflix or HBO app. Barely had hot water for showering, it ran out very fast. One of the front desk girls was very unpleasant to interact with. She was not welcoming and gave short answers.

There were plenty of good things to say about this hotel. I quite enjoyed the mobile check in feature on the Marriott Bonvoy app, along with the mobile key card to get me into my room. The pool was wonderful, albeit a bit salty, and they were very accommodating when I needed assistance. The only thing I would have to mention to anyone staying here is if someone is staying above you, their footsteps are REALLY loud on your ceiling and could be a problem, but that's not the staff's fault or anything, hence the 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.
