The only Dunkin I frequent to because it's close to my house! I get that it's usually busy in the morning, but I would prefer whomever is working sandwich station to prepare the food as it was typed in. My ticket states in BOLD PRINT what I asked for, received something else.... I will say the young lady I spoke with to lodge my complaint was very much apologetic and very pleasant in offering to make me what I asked for free of charge. I felt like I was keeping her too long on the phone because of the time of day, but she took the time to adhere to my issue anyway. I just had to leave this review to inform you that your customer service didn't go unnoticed and we will still come by our fave location! Remain safe and well!

They made me the best Dunkins coffee i have ever had here. Idk what they did but my regular tasted 30x better than normal. Shout out to that guy.
