This place is horrible. Roaches, mice, bedbugs. The staff is extremely rude. They barely help with assistance when it comes to housing or helping you find a home. The rooms are smaller than a jail cell and when it’s summer time, you suffocate!! They have a play area for the children but they NEVER disinfect the toys. The toys are filthy and sticky. The elevator only fits about 2 people inside, if that, so it’s nearly impossible to get all your things inside at once , or even twice inside, if that. (it’s an EXTREMELY TINYYY ELEVATOR). The bathrooms are Heynis and disgusting. The tubs are filthy and full of bugs. Please find another shelter by all means. This place is horrendous with terribly rude staff.

Staff is more than welcoming, but this place is filthy! Whoever owns the building hasn’t had inspection in awhile and you can tell. Roaches, dirty tubs, awful. I would NEVER recommend for a mother with child.

Amazing place doing a great job for the community. I was cleaning my closet and Google where to donate clothing and this place came up!! They take donations until 8pm, 7 days a week!! If you have anything from your closet that you no longer want/need, someone else might appreciate it.
