An amazing experience during a difficult time. ServPro Babylon Deer Park (Toni) called within 1/2 hour after we called the "800" number, and their people were here within an hour to clean up the water, rip up the carpet and disinfect and protect us from mold, after a pipe burst. They helped us understand the process and got us all the information we needed for the insurance company and were patient and kind when we needed explanations. They rented the storage container and packed everything into it carefully. We also used them for the "rebuild", and it could not have been smoother. Everything was done on time and quickly! Every single person we dealt with was amazing, and it was a pleasure working with them all! A special thank you to Drew, David, Caesar, Ryan, Jon, Jimmy, and all the other helpers!
