They were unable to fix my oven and I still had to pay them. To be fair to them I agreed to those ridiculous terms beforehand. But that’s the last time. Good business would state that if you can’t perform a task you don’t charge for it

Sears service is awesome, finding the right company through them can be hit or miss. I finally found a company to service our oil furnace. The Pascall brothers heating and AC on Long Island. They are the real deal...check them out.
