There are not enough good things I can say about this company. About 5 years ago, my basement went under a full renovation and was converted into a theater room. It was complete with theater seats, wall to wall carpeting and a finished bathroom. Things were great up until this past weekend when a flood, caused by my failing boiler, destroyed my entire basement. After getting the boiler fixed and remembering all the commercials, I turned to Servpro for the cleanup and disinfecting to prevent any mold buildup. A gentleman named Ray, returned my call only a few hours later (this was on a Sunday) and reassured me that all would be taken care of. Being true to his word, Ray did just that and took care of everything. He even contacted my insurance company to work directly with them to arrange damage assessment, cleanup and payment. His crew was just as impressive, courteous and professional as he is. Jesse, Kenneth and Kyle were the epitome of all of those things and all are hardworking to boot. ALL show up when they say they will, call you if there is ANY deviation in plans and take care pretty much of any and all repairs that are needed to complete the job. I couldn't be happier. Ray's willingness to work with you and do the absolute best to make you happy, along with his crackshot, professional crew, really made my family's life during this difficult time, so much less of a stressful time than I ever thought possible. I hope I NEVER need to go through this again, but if I ever do, Ray is gonna be the man I turn to.
