We are now living here.. Beautiful Townhouse type of place.. Everything is brand new... neighbors very friendly. . My kids love it.. hope more families move in.. people in the office are sweet and extremely helpful.. Super came out Memorial day to get the bugs out of the AC.. call repair had it working in no time..Love the sound of the train . Definitely worth a look if you are searching for a new home.. Doesn't have that apartment feel..Very expensive for a 2 bedroom apartments 10% low income rentals Regular apartments very high in price. Nice but expensive

I moved into a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome with an attached garage in May 2021. Pros: - grounds and landscaping are kept neat - open floor plans, huge kitchen with tons of cabinet space - noise insulation keeps the train noise out and most neighbor noise out - maintenance and office staff is very responsive - 5 minute walk to train station Cons: - no closet or storage on the main living floor - tons of mold in toilets, have to clean out toilets every other week - $350 amenity fee per lease term, not able to opt out and only includes access to very small gym , a clubhouse with a few couches and a pool table, and charcoal grills
