It was very nice to be greeted first from the reception desk, first and foremost. The PCT was extremely kind, and made me feel comfortable despite being very sick.. I can’t remember her name, but she was excellent and explained everything she was going to do every step of the way. The Nurse Practitioner was very was extremely informative and helpful, he gave excellent medical care and advice. The entire visit from the moment I walked in the door to treatment was not very long. It felt as if I was in and out. I would like to thank everyone at the Oswego WellNow for their kindness and knowledge. It certainly is helpful in easing any concerns when they are communicated. Their care and concern for your well-being is greatly appreciated. I will return for treatment as will my children, and I will recommend this facility to friends and family. -SM

I've been trying to reach to someone that overlooks the Oswego office to file a serious complaint on one of their providers. The he staff at this location has refused to provide me with any forms of contact, to any members of higher management and I'm told that my information will be passed on immediately and I get no response! I've documented on three different occasions,speaking to three different staff members all of which said someone would be in contact with me I would like someone who overlooks the district to contact me, at once.
