Been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours with my daughter who is in severe pain but can compose herself and not act like she is dying she could possibly be bleeding internally. People come in with headaches have been seen before her the crazy’s get seen before her what is there deal? If I could give them less than one star I would.

This morning, I participated in OH’s Health Fair, by having blood work done. While short staffed, I didn’t have to wait too long, as this was a fasting blood test. The phlebotomist, Zunilda, did the needle stick so efficiently that I hardly knew a needle was going into my arm! All the while, she was most pleasant and got the job done very quickly. Thank you!

Do not go to this hospital unless you are actively dying and if you can hold on for 45 minutes go to Syracuse for care. Worst hospital experience ever.

Called the lab last week to ensure they would be open for bloodwork on my day off this past Saturday. I clarified that the weekend would be Labor day weekend and they assured me they WOULD be open. I fasted and walked the 2.5 miles from my house to get this blood work done. Did their text method and waited outside for 15 minutes as they suggest. Called the lab to no answer so I tried to walk in and they were CLOSED. After I called and assured they would be open on that day at that time. Now with my schedule I have to push back my doctors appointment and that will be a month. Absolutely terrible service.

John - Thank you for reaching out to us. You will enter through the door of the Health Services Center or the main entrance with a mask on. Once you enter, you will have your temperature taken and answer a few questions. You do not need to make an appointment. Have a wonderful day!
Use the main entrance. Take advantage of valet parking. Pull right up. And go right in.
