If I could leave no stars that is what I would do. I walked in to this place a little before 7:30pm. It was about 7:20pm. They supposedly are open until 8pm. Two people were working and both were waiting on a customer. Both were at the stage where the person pays. After waiting in the store for about 10 mins one of the employees look at me and the person I was with and stated "well we are only open until 8 and I don't think we will get to you." Totally ridiculous. I went in to buy an iphone pro. I will not be back. I will take my business else where. It's obvious they wanted to leave the store by 8 or earlier. How long does it take to finish a transaction? It really takes 30 minutes??? What about waiting on people that came in before you closed. It is not like I walked in at 7:55pm. How about telling anyone else that walks in that they will not be waited on. Why wait 10 mins to tell me I won't get waited on? HORRIBLE service. Horrendous. Like I said I will never shop there again. NEVER

So I go to get a new phone at Verizon Niskayuna I’m the only customer with 2 employees working they ask what I need, I’m looking to upgrade my phone the employee says let me look in the back. 30 minutes later I left he never came back out the other employee had a serious attitude that I was not dealing with so I left! I will be an AT&T customer very soon can’t deal with entitled Verizon anymore!

Don't bother. Go to the non corporate Verizon stores and not only will you get better service you will get better deals. I wasted a lot of time trying to get help online, by phone, and making appointments in store. Went to exit 12 Verizon and got exactly what I needed +++. Great environment!
I unplugged the main box, plugged it back in and it came back on around 11am.
