I called to see when they closed and requested a appointment. I was told that I didn’t need a appointment and they closed at 3:00 pm. I went to there shop at 1:30 and they were closed. I met another couple and the said that they were there for the same reason and they said that they met 8 other people who were just as disappointed as they were. I looked up another Sam’s and went to the one in Glenville. I may use them from now on.

David did an amazing job on my hair cut. Took his time and really did what I asked. Great stylist. The rest of the workers were rude and just stared at us the whole time. They were not very welcoming or friendly when I first walked in. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. They would stop what They were doing to stare. But in the end, David gave me a great hair cut, and was very friendly and made my experience great

I’m generally picky and only go to the same salon. I was in a hurry today, stopped in here with hesitation. Bruce took care of my haircut. He was meticulous and took his time !! I highly recommend asking for Bruce. He needs some regulars being new at this location. I’ll be back to see Bruce in 4-6 weeks.
