We have only been at The Bend Mobile Home and RV Park for a short time but the Manager is Very Professional and extremely helpful. Her name is Samantha and is very pleasant. The park is very clean well maintained. All the residents are very friendly and courtesy I feel like this is a very safe place, close to the River and small park a block away.

Long-term RV and MH park. Park is small (<50 spots, I think), and quiet. Locale is nice as it sits on the Sacramento River and there is a boat launch just on the other side of the bridge (5 min. walk). People in the park are mostly older, and there are no kids whatsoever. On-site laundry and wi-fi, although the wi-fi isn't very good at all, and it is only for a couple of spots next to the office. Otherwise, you are expected to get your own internet and tv. Rent prices increase every 6 months.

It's a very nice park on the river. Country setting mostly older folks living here. The manager is not a nice person. She is a lier. She is rude, unapproachable, unprofessional. Just the sight of her walking around the park makes most people go back in there homes. Would be a happy place to live if she was not around anymore.
