My family and I enjoyed staying here during our tragic event of loosing our home. The Staff was amazing in helping us get set up. If we had questions or concerns they were addressed quickly. It has a great location and the price was very reasonable for our stay. My husband and I will be staying there again very soon. Thank you Comfort Suites❤️

Our little family of four drove through red bluff and decided to stay at your hotel. We drove for 8 hours straight with two young kids and showed up about 1 am. The guy working the night of 12/13 was awesome. He checked us in within minutes and helped even further when the ac wasn’t working properly in our room. Seeing how stressed I was and not wanting me having to disturb our young sleeping child , he offered us another room, for me and my other daughter, to sleep in with no charge. Even though we only stayed at the hotel for 7 hours total, the experience was great. He tried to even go above and beyond and offered to deal with Expedia and explain the situation so they could give me a refund and he could check us in at a discounted rate. He was quick to help and very pleasant. I’m going to talk up your hotels customer service for years and years. Also, beds were so comfy. Great breakfast. Only complaint was the ac system in the one room and the fact that the loud ac comes off and on constantly so it woke me up a lot throughout the night.

The stay was great however it was overshadowed by them charging me for 2 nights for 2 rooms. I called and told them that I only stayed for 1 night!! I was told that they would check it out and issue a refund. A week goes by no refund. I call again and was informed that I stayed 2 nights. Pretty hard to be in 2 places at once!!!! Carmel and red bluff!! CHECK YOUR BILL!!

Poor service room not prepared for use.The shower did not work. There was a sticky substance on rhe bottom of the tub so even if you wanted to take a bath when you found out you could not take a shower you wouldn’t want to because you would be afraid of sticking to the bottom of the tub. When I pointed out the problem to the staff member at the front desk she was very cooperative. She offered to only charge us half price for the night. When we checked our credit car activity we found out we were charged the full amount. I think you can see why we were less than satisfied.
