Your person in the lobby, was very efficent, and pleasant. Staff on the unit were busy, but took time to answer questions

As a business partner of The Pines I can tell you that their staff is constantly working to better and grow their facility every day. They are making their rooms accessible for those patients who are blind and or visually impaired by installing products purchased from CABVI. The staff is kind, conscientious, and caring!

The employees at the Pines are second to none! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. They take great pride not only in their care of the residents, but with community relations. If you have the chance to attend an event with them, I highly recommend it!

I can’t express enough what an amazing staff and facility this is. My father is a patient at the rehab center and they have been so compassionate and attentive to my parents and family. When issues/questions have been raised, they were addressed immediately. I highly recommend The Pines to anyone who’s family is looking for care and rehabilitation.
