If you can, please stay far from this place! Hours are 8-2pm with an hour lunch. Which makes it VERY difficult to set up appointments when the average person is working a full-time job. They used to have different hours but they keep using COVID as an excuse to be able to see patients or write prescriptions when they don't even wear masks. Waiting is the worst, expect waiting times up to at least an hour. They won't be respectful of your schedule and will have a quick reason to charge you and reject you as a patient if you cancel only two visits. Dr. Rahbany seems great at first but she has been limiting my step-brothers insulin prescription to 1 vial before his visit which won't last him when he is supposed to have 5. They are genuinely putting his health at risk! This woman needs her license taken away. Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a reliable and trustworthy endocrinologist.

First I need to say that this review is mostly about the office staff. Dr. Rahbany in my opinion is an excellent doctor and the little experience I had with her was very positive for the most part. Here's why I gave a 1 star rating, the office staff is rude, uncourteous and need to learn that their patients are the reason they have a job! I received a letter from my insurance company saying they would not pay for the insulin that I was using and suggested an alternative. As per the request from the doctor I emailed the letter not once but 3 times and the office staff claims that they never received it which I know is not true since I verified the email address 3 times and it was correct. I was very upset since this took almost an entire month and I was running out of insulin so I told them to cancel my next appointment out anger. I was able to get the new prescription from my PCP but when I called back (after I was calmed and said to myself, Dr. Rahbany is a great doctor so I want to go back) I requested a new appointment but I was advised that the doctor doesn't want to see me anymore? Oh well I already found another doctor. At this points I don't believe she got any of my messages. Please be aware the office staff is the worst by far as this was only 1 example.

Doctor is thorough. Initially, thought she was great. However, after 2 years of dealing with her staff. I am done - her staff members are difficult to contact to the verge of being disrespectful. For example, after making more than 10 phone calls, being placed on hold for over 10 minutes each time I have yet to cancel my appointment. Most likely, if I do not take off work and physically drive to the office to cancel the appointment, I will incur a fee for missing the appointment.
