Very bad after one year over charged

This company deserves a 0 star.... truckers please stay away. I cannot speak about personal insurance with them but commercial is horrible when Manuela use to handle my policy everything use to be done in a timely manner. I lost 4 load because of them, their certificate of insurance department takes there own time to sent certificate to brokers in a timely manner. Also I schedule renewal 2 weeks prior to renewal date and still on due date no binding policy so you know I lost a load for the 4th time since this month. Right now in the trucking world time is of the essence and Garzor dont treat owners as priority. Valeria just hung up the phone on me I admit I got upset because she is telling me I have to wait 48 hours for my policy to bind and for me to have certificate of insurance. I understand I was angry but I think you need to choose your words correctly in order to prevent customer escalations. First she lied that she sent me quotation prior to renewal and I am asking her to send me the email that showed it sent because the last message in our message thread was me asking her on June 7th for updates on renewal and there was no response. horrible service after Manuela and Luis left not sure if they are still there but they are no longer working commercial

Last year, as a new customer the service was a 5 Star to this company, unfortunately this year (a year latter) is a different story. Although the selling agent has been responsive, I cannot say the same for the rest of the team (as they delegate responsibilities). 1st thing that happened this year was that even though we made the payment in full (5 days prior to the policy expiration) for the renewal of our cargo policy we could not operate until they furnished the certificate which took quite a while (we where informed they had a big work load) and we ended missing income. 2nd thing that happened is that we requested the cancelation of one of our trucks policy’s the 6th of May and they requested the cancelation the 12th of May ( after my follow up) and haven’t responded to my emails nor taken responsibility for their errors/omissions.
