This place took $100 from me for what I thought was a loan signing agent certificate. It does not come with a test it does not come with a background check it does not come with a database to help you find work. This is just a legal loophole way to take people’s money. I literally have to pay a TRUSTWORTHY company all over again to assist me.

I went online to renew my Notary license. After going through the application process, I needed to remove something from the shopping cart, there was NO built in functionality to do that and it wouldn't allow me to go back in the browser to correct it. I called their customer service number, and the woman told me that I would need to start the process all over and create a new account, even though I already had an existing account. I explained to her that this was basic functionality that any web based business needs. What a negligent mistake on their part in the user experience online. So I went back to google and found flnotary.com and had an efficient and smooth application process. DO NOT WASTE your time!
