EDIT: 7/11 still the worse place to go. Forced to go back here since 410 York rd location shut down. I have Covid and Was in the ER they gave me a paper script for oxycodone… the pharmacist refused to fill it and refused to honor the paper script. Refused to call the doctor to verify and said i had to call the ER and have them put it in electronically bc they don’t do paper scripts for narcotics .. the ER was baffled said they never had anyone call with this issue!!! So once again WORST PHARMACY EVER. Shut it down at this point. Constant headache dealing with this place…. +This place is THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff is incompetence on how to work the cash register or how to even log in for their shift.. they aren’t staffed and management could care less I’ve called corporate several times. Their stafff literally doesn’t know how to do their job… I went 4x this week FOUR to try to pick up a simple birth control Rx and waited in line for over an hour each time.. but this time the pharmacist was so flustered and frustrated on no knowing how to find patients rx or how to operate the register so she closed the pharmacy with 20 people in line most of us waiting for over an HOUR!!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

This has to be the worse cvs ever. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going there. U will stand in the pick up line every time for a hour.they will Not inform u that they don’t have the medicine in stock till after u waited and stood in line for over a hour . This place is horrible.

This place is an absolute joke. I would NOT recommend filling your prescriptions here. So if you can find somewhere else that your insurance allows, please do. It is unfortunate I have to even give one star to leave a review but I would rate them with ZERO stars if I could. I have used them before (it's been 2+ years since the last time), but have had NO prescriptions needing to be filled with them since then. Might I also add, I haven't lived in MD for 2 years. All of a sudden, I started receiving text messages that 'my prescription has been filled, it's important to start this medication as soon as possible as prescribed by your provider." Are you serious? It was NOT my prescription... it was a completely different patient. The name in the text message was not even mine, how alarming. I called them to get this cleared up, and let me say, there was absolutely no empathy, no concern, and no alarm from the associate at the pharmacy. That is a joke, such poor customer service. There is no excuse. How does this happen? It just honestly tells me that someone did not look at the information correctly, did not match to make sure they had the right patient. You literally deal with people's health but situations are nonchalant! I know this person has not picked up yet because I am getting the 'Today is the last day to get your prescription" notifications. Now, I will sit here and worry about this other person hoping they get their medications! Disappointing is an understatement.
