Food tastes great, restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. They were also knowledgeable when i asked questions regarding gluten. Service was somewhat slow, but most likely due to staffing like everything these days.

No, they open at 5:45 am daily. They have the BEST breakfast sandwiches in town.
I could not answer that. I only go to one in Gainesville, Fl. They closed up the one on Lake City, Fl. I do not know about the one in Jacksonville, Fl.
I've never had a problem there. But, then again I didn't go the this early on the morning.
