I have been a resident of the Enclave for more than 18 months and during this period of time I submitted multiple requests for maintenance. ALL of the maintenance guys ROCK!!! They show up really fast and they are on the task right away. I mostly had Ron, Michelle, and Steve working on my requests and the Enclave can be really glad to have those guys! Never failed to accomplish the task. THANK Y‘ALL FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I requested an apartment without a carpet due to allergies, only to find fully carpeted apartment when I moved in. The management pretty much told me I can move out if I don't like but will need to pay for the rest of the month. Health hazard with heavy windows falling down, management ignoring work orders. When I finally decided to move out, as I believed the lease was violated by the management by ignoring the work orders(the lease is very clear about this) I was told I have to pay 2 months of rent at higher rate, as the rent changed and they failed to notify me about this. The work order was completed after a year when I mentioned that I'm discussing the case with a lawyer. This is a terrible place to live, where the management can bend the lease as they please anytime. I would stay away from here or any Gables apartments.

I am usually not one to write a review, however given the level of inhumanity and lack of compassion for my circumstance I am compelled to. I was previous tenant for almost 3 years, always paid my rent on time never had any complaints , took very good care of my unit. I am pregnant, encountered vision problems and needed break my lease 6 months early. I completely understand its a lease and I was more than happy to pay a month out which is a reasonable request given the market and circumstances. The enclave would essentially receive two rent payments for one month, given the market and how quickly the unit would be filled at a price that we all know someone renting should not be paying. There was absolutely no regard for my circumstance I had to pay a month of rent I was not. there on top of another 3,000. While doing business, a good practice to adopt is to treat people like people rather than a contract or monthly payment. No one was asking to get out scotch free however a little compassion would have been nice. Your units are dated, the pool and equipment need updated, you are lucky that people are paying the price to live there.
