Understaffed and often at random times closed due to no pharmacist on duty. Unreliable to be able to pick up medication when needed. Service is always slow. Use another pharmacy and by another I mean not Walgreens. This has been my experience with more than one store in Anchorage.

They’ve terribly botched my prescription transfer and I’ve been out of my medication for two weeks. I’ve called for two weeks trying to get my prescription filled they tell me it’s transferred and I call the other pharmacy and they say nobody even talked to them. I hope Walgreens can start paying their employees higher wages so that they can keep or entice some new pharmacy techs.

Last experience employees were rude especially the lady at checkout that rang me out! Store items were surprisingly over priced. Cashier had a bad attitude no personality. Overall it was a bad shopping experience. I will not shop at that store's location again.
