How is this legal? Awful experience. When I arrived for the pick up I was helped by a kid who seemed too young to be working, and he put the payment through on my debit card. The person immediately to the left was sitting down on their phone. After the kid took my debit card and made the payment he turned around and left. I didn't hear anything until I had to ask what was going on with my order. I will not return to this store and I would not recommend Top China to anybody.

Not a buffet, its like all the other menus you order and take out ..a handful of tables some ppl eat there while others sit at tables waiting for their orders..
