We were in the market for lanai furniture and came across Leaders of Port Charlotte on an afternoon drive. They have a beautiful selection of quality indoor/outdoor furniture. Our salesperson Pat was excellent and enjoyable to work with. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us as we decided on a set that would meet our need for comfort. And it certainly has! My wife and I were shopping for patio furniture and decided to drive up to the Leaders store in Port Charlotte from our home in N. Ft. Myers. We were greeted by a sales associate, C. Francis. He introduced himself as Francis and we told him we were looking for furniture for our lanai. We discussed what we might be interested in and he invited us to explore their store offerings and he would check back with us as went along and of course, to come and get him should we have specific questions as we looked around. We explored the store, looking at sectionals, love seat/couch combinations, various table and chair combos, glider and swivel chairs, seating products made with composite materials that look like wood but are impervious to moisture and sun damage and a host of other patio items. We were at the store for at least two hours and never felt pressured or rushed. Francis was knowledgeable about all the products and offered advice without trying to steer us toward any particular item. We decided to go with a table and chair combination with both swivel/rocker chairs and side chairs. The set we purchased was on sale at a great price. Delivery was a couple days later. Aaron and his partner were courteous and pleasant and unloaded and set up our furniture in the lanai with care. Our buying experience with Leaders Casual of Port Charlotte was excellent. We highly recommend them.
