Not sure who all these negative reviews are from. I had a problem with water pressure and they sent someone out within 1/2 hour. Gentlemen that showed up was very knowledgeable and professional and resolved the issue at no cost. Thank you.

We are having a Christmas Palm planted on 12/14/2021. Should we have someone from tithe Gateway Utilities come out and mark where all the utilizes lines are located in the area projected for the installation of this new Palm Tree? David Stein

I am not sure if they do that directly, but you can call 811, it's the national call before you dig number, and they will coordinate with FPL, Xfinity, Gateway...etc..

Are the homes in Gateway affected in the Ft Myers boil water notice?

It depends on where you live in Gateway. The further west you are in Gateway, the closer you are to the City boundaries and city water. I live in Daniels Preserve, we are not affected.
